Mississauga Campus
Installation of Honeywell "Winpak" access control solution to be installed on campus. The system provides control on all four major buildings. After the initial installation we were awardeed the new "North Building" was added as an expansion of the Winpak system. We also provide a comprehensive quality service program for all systems including 24/7 response, regular maintenance and ongoing software/ firmware updates.
Installation of over 100 camera systems with intergrated alarm call up. Installed new control centre at BMO Base building. All trading floor cameras were hooked up using fiber.
First Canadian Place
Rogers Centre
On April 13, 2015 we deployed Teknoscan Explosive Detection equipment for screening cars at the Rogers Center for the Blue Jay game. The Rogers Center through Reilly Security requested Teknoscan to provide explosives detection equipment at the site to screen all vehicles entering the underground parking lot before the start of the Blue Jays opening day. The screening was successfully carried out in collaboration with the CBRNE Metro Police force, Rogers Center security personnel and Reilly team. Positive detection resulted in denial entry to the parking area. We also provided five year installation, management, custom design of CCTV, control centre and building automation.

Over nine years of installation, management, custom design of CCTV, fiber installation, building automation and control center, of approximately 110 cameras.
The Honeywell "Winpak" and MaxPRO VMS solutions provide control and monitoring of access throughout the Porter Airlines Terminal. Multiple forms of authentication (Card/ Pin) to access secure areas. Feature-rich and user-friendly interface to view video from numerous different recorders from a single point. Redundant server configuration increases system reliability. Advanced card production and badging capabilities and the ability to track numbers of lost/ reprinted badges. Integration with digital video management and recording systems. High level command and control systems.

This project required Reillys to design and install over 150 cameras with full alarm integration. the system uses custom software that functions using a 3 node system connect by fibre.

We were awarded this project by Harhay Construction Management Ltd. The building consisted of 47 stories and 237 suites. They required an RBH Access System, CCTV, Intrusion systems, and Touch Screen Enterphones. The project consists of numerous doors including Tenant Elevators, Car Elevators and Cameras.
York University
and other Colleges
One CCTV PTZ test camera project led to 600 plus cameras over fiber throughout five years. We've done work at other York divisions like Mclaughlin College, Vanier College, Winter College and Founders College. The installations totaled at over 55 request to exit, over 84 door contacts, 19 electric strikes, 4 auto operator interfaces, 22 latch monitors and 4 door closers.
Allied Properties
Reillys Lock & Security Systems is the provider and modernizer of Allied’s Access Control, CCTV and building security for all 120 buildings. We have recently completed an integrated access control and IP CCTV project at Allied in Lougheed Calgary. This consisted of dual readers, remote enclosures, suppressor kits. We are also quoting 5 other locations and are in the process of working on the integrated access control for Allied in Montreal. The Montreal location is a 1 million sq. ft. facility and we are doing doors, IP intercoms, code blue emergency system, tenant intercoms, single station door intercoms and over 93 cameras. The 5 year plan is to do all 125 of Allied’s building with Honeywell Prowatch and Uniview CCTC which will all be linked with the Integrate Allied Network. At another Allied property we reworked their existing camera system, with over 80 cameras (all remote cameras on fiber) and alarms, 2 racks of equipment, playback suite, automated front desk capabilities.
South Unionville Square
This 7.5-acre site is a 300,000 square foot, two level shopping mall with 300 stores. 80,000 square feet of office space. 11 storey residential tower with 253 suites. A 20,000 square foot rooftop terrace, 35+ doors and several cameras.
Jade-Kennedy
This project consited of a Keyscan Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion System. The building includes 19 stories with 149 suites in Waterloo, we installed over 30 doors and 26 cameras.
Sleep Country Canada
We have completed numerous CCTV projects at Sleep Country Distribution Centres in Montreal, Calgary and Langley. Our most recent completions are Sleep Country North York, ON which consisted of 20+ IP Camera.
Ontario College of Teachers
This project was an Access Control System Re & Re with Keyscan Deployed over (8) floors at 101 Bloor Street West and consisted of 62 doors, 72 readers, and 11 IP CCTV Systems in addition to supporting existing Cameera Analog System. After the initial install we returned to do an additon of 8 maglock doors which are to be added and connect to Keyscan System.
SOCAN Music
This project is an Access Control System Re & Re with Kantech and intrusion system Re 7 Re deployed over 7 floors. This consisted of 44 doors including elevators and parking garage, glassbreaks, emergency notification lockdown systems, additional CCTV and Access Control Systems installations at their office in Montreal, QC.
Trailwood Place
In this apartment complex we installed 50+ cameras, card access, building automation, with integrated monitoring. We also were tasked with the design, construction and installation of a custom guard station.
In Brithish Columbia we were contracted to install over 64 cameras with full alarm integration, and the design and install of a custom guard station.
Mic Mac Mall

This property is 56,000 square feet in which we installed 20+ door frames (including all hardware) card access, monitoring, glass breaks, and a fire panel.
Sanofi Pasteur
This massive property required us to install fence mounted and buried perimeter cables (perimete PIR's). We also furnished them with over 175 cameras, over 800 doors with access control. All hardware is standardized and because of the size of the property we provide Sanofi with preventative maintenance on all systems.
